Join the Society and help look after these special churches

Help the work of the Round Tower Churches Society by becoming a member – and join the other 486 supporters. In the past 49 years, the Society has given grants of almost £300,000 to help maintain and conserve these special churches – thanks to the backing of members and through their subscriptions.

Membership costs a minimum £20pa, although most members pay a little more. The Society arranges summer tours of round tower churches and also publishes a 32-page quarterly magazine, The Round Tower. This is sent by post or electronically to all members.

For details – contact the membership secretary, Nick Wiggin – or write to Fir Tree Cottage, Witnesham, Ipswich, Suffolk IP6 9EX. Subscriptions may be paid by bank transfer, email the secretary, who will provide the sort code/ account numbers.

The Society’s annual meeting will be held on Saturday, May 7 at Seething village hall, Norfolk, at 2.15pm. All welcome to attend.

Please see the website for more details of the annual meeting and also the Society’s summer tour programme.
